Stadia looks so pixelated and blurry on pc

The graphics looks fine on a laptop which is connected via Wi-Fi. Whereas my desktop pc is through physical connection to router. Yet, it looks so ugly as you can see in the photo below. The bottom photo is at 1080p and tbh it looks worse than 720p in general. I have tried everything to "fix" it. Nothing works. So do not reply if you are planning to say the following:

Remove chrome extensions

Restart Chrome or Uninstall

Check my connection speed

Try on different devices

Try incognito mode

Check for harmful software

Go to chrome://flags and disable pointer lock whatever or hardware accelerated decode

Most recent chrome version

delete all cache and cookies

As I said, there are no network problems. So I do not want to hear it.

Unless you have an actual solution I have not listed don't bother saying anything. If you can relate well, that sucks.            If I sound like a dic, I am just so frustrated from trying to fix this. What is clear to me is that the problem is not on my end. have a nice day! ...

I have the same problem. It started from 1st November. All games are in 720p no matter what settings are. Connection excellent.
