Show (Stadia) controller on Stadia stream / recordings

Jump to Best Response

Hey,

I want to record FIFA gameplay. For all other platforms you can enable "show inputs" to get a controller in the game, that shows all your inputs.

For FIFA it seems to be deactivated...

For console controller I found general "Gamepad Overlay" options in combination with OBS, but nothing for the Stadia controller itself.

Is thera any actual option to show controller inputs in your videos? (with wireless connected Stadia controller)

Thanks!

Hi @Acanis,

I don't think that option is available right now. See the support page.
But sounds like a neat feature.

You can share your idea with the Feedback option withint the Stadia app or stadia.com. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

I did send the Stadia team a feature request as feedback. I found a message from, EA, that they deactivated it for Stadia, because its harder to do (doing it, whilte the hardware isnt connected to the device, FIFA is running on).

So yeah, maybe we have to wait, if Stadia will add it as a general streamer feature. And maybe EA might find a solution for FIFA 22...
