I always use Stadia through chromium browsers, and haven't had an issue in a long time. Recently, I bought the Razer Nari Ultimate headset, and have been experiencing audio issues within games. I had not experienced this issue with My HyperX Cloud Flight S headset, so I was pretty confused. I think I might know the issue though. I had some audio issues before with my Cloud Flight S headset and Stadia, since the Cloud Flight S is a 7.1 surround sound headset. What I did was change the audio output from surround sound to stereo. My Nari Ultimate headset doesn't allow me to change the output, since it uses THX Spatial Audio as a virtualization for the Nari Ultimate audio.
What I'm trying to ask is: How would I be able to use my Nari Ultimate headset without having the audio issues?
Thanks for your response. I have done this, but the issues still persist.
Hi @RenJei,
Not sure why it isn't working. Did you try using a Chrome incognito window already?
Maybe a plugin is causing issues. Do you own a Stadia controller? If so you could try to connect your headset to the controller to see if that works.
Other thing you can try is contacting Stadia Support chat. ![]()
