Hello @Ashkor3,
For me, @Ngoql pointed out the problem.
You know, receiving a 1080p / 4K Stream without buffering (E.G. : Twitch may be in live, but you have a 2-5 sc buffer in reality, Stadia need a 0sc buffer to prevent input lag) is something that impact your CPU and GPU aswell.
Chromebooks are not known to be powerfull laptops. And for me, this is the true cause of all of this.
Has anyone resolved this? I'm running a Lenovo C330 and I"m running into the same issue. I have forced Stadia to use H264 instead of VP9, and it still has connection issues. Makes no difference if I use WiFi or an Ethernet adapter. Yet it plays perfectly using my cell phone and my Chromecast with Google TV.
