Poor Connection on Chrome, until I place a window on top.

I've recently been having poor connection problems with Stadia the last few weeks. The issue happens on Edge and Chrome. I have spent hours trying to make it better.

Quite by accident, I noticed that if I had a window on top of the main stadia window, the connection would go from poor to being excellent.

I have created a tiny program that sits in the bottom right of the screen (see example) with the window's "ON TOP" status set to true. This seems to have fixed the problems with blurring, disconnections, etc I've been having.

You can test this yourself by starting the task manager, making it small, moving it somewhere it's not going to be used and in options making sure "always on top" is checked.

Honestly, I've no idea how or why this helps, and it sounds unbelievable, but it does, so sharing with the group in case it helps anyone else.

Hello @SeanBamforth,

Thanks for sharing your solution.
It is a strange solution though. Trying to understand why it does work.
Had some issue with poor WiFi but resolved it with a WiFi tool: WiFi Optimiser

When I enabled streaming mode (meaning the WiFi is not scanning for other WiFi networks etc it ran way better.
