Please check your connection

I got this issue "Please check your connection", I have no problems with internet here and I had tried everything... How do I handle it?

@Ov3rCl0ck5 What precisely have you tried? "Everything" actually tells us nothing. :winking_face:

I get that warning message every now and then but generally just relaunching Stadia is enough to resolve it. If the problem persists then you'll need to give us a lot more information about your setup and what exact troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.

Hello @Ov3rCl0ck5,

I facing same issue few days ago, the problems can come from different sources, but, in my case was an Extension. Please, disable all extensions you have in Chrome and try in Incognito Window.

Then you can starting test which one is generate the issue.

TIP: Ad-Blockers, Anti-Trackers or Antivirus are the mainly nemesis.

I've done a completely fresh install of Chrome without any extensions and default settings. When testing my connection Stadia says the connection is good enough, but when I try to launch a game it keeps saying "please check your connection"

 

Very frusterating.

@Pacinamac What operating system are you using? And are you using a wired or wireless network connection?
