There are some players trying to play ESO with Chrome that are having a problem where they have to make long sweeping motions with their mouse to move short distances. Stadia can't solve the problem on their own. ZOS can't solve the problem on their own. They are both passing the buck rather than making a simple phone call and working together to resolve the issue. It's terrible customer service and terrible customer support from both companies. ESO is practically unplayable using Chrome like this. If they can't resolve this issue, then Stadia should remove ESO from it's list of playable games, because at this point, the situation is hopeless for players having this issue.
It doesn't matter that other games work just fine on Stadia. That isn't a reason not to fix ESO. I came to Stadia to play ESO in the first place. I learned about Stadia from ZOS. I think Stadia is a great idea, but everybody needs to get their act together and make this work, or I will be forced to stop using Stadia for ESO. That would be very disappointing. I and @DarklinkFighter are both experiencing the issue, but getting nowhere.
Any players having this issue: if you would reply and add yourself to a list of people having this problem, so Stadia and ZOS know it is a serious issue, I and other players having it would appreciate it.
I also don't understand why Bethesda/ZOS and Stadia work on this together...
Bethesda Support doesn't respond to bug tickets as they handle bugs in a different way then other issues...
This issue now exists for so long... This is inacceptable...
I know that not all users have this issue with mouse on ESO but all my friends I know have the issue as well...
Here are my chat histories with Stadia and Bethesda Support in case some of these steps might help other users fixing mouse issues...
For me it did not but who knows maybe someone else could need it ![]()

Hello ___,
We're back -- our team would like to make sure all sides are looked at. Have you tried checking if within the game settings of Elder's Scroll Online there's a mouse sensitivity option? If you haven't checked it yet, could you clocking this article link to see if this option is available in the in-game settings?
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3301/~/how-do-i-change-my-eso-mouse-sens...
---
Hi,
I tried it but it did not solve the issue. The issue is not that the sensitivity is too low or too high...
The issue is more that the sensitivity dynamically adjusts (wide range) all the time while some keys are pressed.
This does not happen if I start ESO locally on my PC but I would like to get rid of the disk space...
I also tried:
Thanks for providing us all the details — this would help us get to the bottom of this. We'd like to get a few more details. Could you tell us the make and model of your mouse? Also, when you use it, does it open up a utility program (i.e. Razer Synapse)?
---
Hi,my mouse model is the "Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum" and I have the "Logitech Gaming Software" installed.
I just forced a shutdown of the gaming software process and deactivated the Windows Service and Autostart in the Taskmanager.
Problem is still there...

Hello ___,
Thanks for letting us know — it looks like this gaming mouse supports both wired and wireless game-play, have you tried playing using both type of connection? If so, do you get the same results? Also, if you have game pad available (i.e. any HID Compliant controllers, PS 4 controller, XBOX controller) could you try using it? This would help us isolate if this is an input or in-game issue.
---
Controllers work fine, the issue exists using the mouse and keyboard.
I tried both wired and wirelessly but it does not make a difference.
To be honest... I also think that it is game related because of how to reproduce it...
I first contacted Bethesda Support about it, but they sent me here right away... Even if I think the problem is on their side I followed instructions and contacted Stadia support...

Hello ___,
Thanks for the details — so we could isolate if this is game specific, could you try other games and see if you'll experience the same? This should give us more information about the nature of this issue.
---
No it does not happen in other games. I also tested Borderlands 3, Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Assassin's Creed Odyssey and The Turing Test and did not had such problems with the mouse.

Hello ___,
We appreciate your time and effort — we know you've already tried reaching out to our partner publisher Bethesda, since this is only happening on a specific game, we'd still suggest to try sending them feedback about this. You could go through this website: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/incident?fresh
From there you'd need to select a few things to forward the details:
Feedback/Bug > Stadia > Gameplay or performance / stability > sign in to your TESO account
Once done, all the information you've given will be forwarded to them. We don't want to stop there, you could get back to us if you get a reply or if they didn't take the feedback you've sent to them. We want to make sure you're getting the most out of Stadia. Please, keep us in the loop.

Greetings,
Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team!
We greatly appreciate you bringing this potential bug to our attention. This information has been collected and will be passed on to our development team. You will not receive a further response to this ticket.
Then I gave up...
Same Issue here
Was there a fix to this? The game updated last night and I got on today and I got this issue with my mouse as well.
No still having the same issue... Currently playing with controller for that reason... The issue (even if clearly input related) only happens with mouse/keyboard not controller
Works just fine for me. Never had any problems with m&k and ESO. I'd be miserable if they removed the game.
