Hello, I have a nvidia 3070 GPU, a plus subscription and a 45mbps connection. If I try to play a game in stadia, even if i set under general the 4k option, my monitor (which is a 3440x1440) show me 1080p instead.
It's really annoying have these black bands at borders. If i search under nvidia codec support, it state my gpu can run without problems vp9 coded for 1440p.
I already tried to install stadia enanched, but even if i force 1440p and vp9 coded here the result is the same.
Is there any way to play in 1440p?
That's the status pannel and the result:
Stadias 1440p resolution is 2560*1440 (16:9, QHD)
So yes, it does play in 1440p. Just not the 3440*1440 (43:18) resolution that you have.

Second what @Orgin said. You have a UWQHD monitor, not QHD, you're going to have letterboxing because there isn't ultrawide support.
there isn't any way to force ultrawide? Because is really annoying play with these black strips
@Dynaheir forcing ultrawide is currently not possible at the moment on Stadia. I also use ultrawide monitor and it also bums me out that I can't use the feature. Hoping we'll get this feature someday.
Make sure to send feedback through the Stadia app, as more people requesting it, the better chance it can happen.
thanks, will do! Sadly it's really annoying being unable to play at right resolution
