My son can't play

Hi,

When my son tries to play Destiny 2, he gets a message telling him :

"Update his account access

To access your game, you must refresh your account access token by pressing the button below."

He clicks on "refresh access" and a new window opens saying "access denied".

Does anyone know what the problem is?

@shaken I'm thinking maybe browser caching issues? Can you ask your son to disable Chrome extensions if there are any, and log in using Incognito browser? See if that helps.
