Ever since the redesign of the Stadia web app, my mouse is not captured automatically when opening a game. This results in the default Windows cursor showing instead of the custom game cursor, and movement and clicks not being recognized by the game. The only way to fix this is to exit and reenter fullscreen mode. I have tested on the latest versions of Chrome and Edge and they both exhibit this issue.
Start a game and wait for the message "Press and hold "ESC" to exit full screen". Then press and hold the ESC key. When prompted, click "Back to game".
Hi @terazoidal
I know this behavior but it happened not in the last couple of month. Do you use any extensions in your browser that could cause some troubles? Like Ad Blocker, Script Blocker, etc.?
Hi @Tobonaut
I do have an adblocking extension installed, however, the bug still occurs when it is disabled, as well as on Chrome's guest mode with no extensions installed.
I can second this. Exactly the same behaviour also not solved by the pointer flags.
I am getting this issue too.
Start a game and wait for the message "Press and hold "ESC" to exit full screen". Then press and hold the ESC key. When prompted, click "Back to game".
