Ive been playing Red Dead Redemption 2 and Ive played a couple of games in stadia and have a steady stream of wifi well over the minimum, buts its really just unplayable with the stutter.
Did you try some trouble shooting? For example did you try to play with a Chrome Incognito window? Some extensions seem to be causing some issues with Stadia.
