and I have a zigenstadny account on square enix for over a dozen yearsI reported it to the consultant in stages .... He did not help. and in square enix 2 weeks waiting for an answer.

I'm sorry that you aren't getting much assistance from Square Enix. I'm not quite sure which subscription you are referring to. The only game subscription Stadia offers at this time with a partner company is Ubisoft +. Let us know if we may have misunderstood your original question, though. We're here to help.
