I have a ryzen 5 and an rx 570 desktop. I can stream with vp9 in 1080p just fine, but 4k can lead to input lag sometimes, since the CPU usage goes up so high. I would use H264, but if I do the picture quality drops randomly during gameplay. Does somebody know why?
