Hi,
I'm glad that Division 2 on Stadia. I just couldn't keep Division 2 from crashing on my PC.
However, in Stadia, the performance slows down after a mission or two. See the video below:
(Nausea warning!!) https://stadia.google.com/capture/b43c144e-3ac9-48bd-ba9d-926730608e54
It's fine after restart, but I see slows down close to the end of a mission if the mission is long enough.
Who can I get support from about this?
Thanks!
I have heard on Reddit that this is a common issue in Ubisoft games that can be fixed by loading up the Ubisoft Connect UI in the pause menu, waiting for it to load fully and then exiting it by pressing B on the controller. This should fix the issue in a single game session from what I've heard.
Ubisoft needs to fix this issue soon though, I hope they do.
I have the exact same problem... It's really annoying
Happens here too but in my perception very gradually so first I blamed it on network issues but after restarts of the game I'm always surprised how smooth it runs.
I also encountered this. Best thing you can do is report this to Ubisoft support.
It is rather strange when you restart everything works just fine.

Thanks MIdnight. I'll give it a try.
On another note. I contacted Stadia and Ubisoft support.
Stadia confirmed the issue is on server side and opened a case about it.
Ubisoft support is still in progress.. they did asked me to clear browser cache in:
- Mozilla Firefox - Google Chrome - Internet Explorer - Safari
I did but it didn't help the server side issue... ![]()
Hi.
I have flagged this issue with both stadia support and ubisoft.
The frustrating thing is that stadia support tell you to speak with ubisoft - and ubisoft tell you to speak with stadia - so right there is a huge frustration with getting real support on the platform.
The issue lies with Ubisoft and it is infact present in ALL OF THEIR GAMES on stadia to some degree.
It started after they shoehorned the pointless ubisoft connect overlay into their older games.
Its been MONTHS since this issue so lets hope they take it seriously.
Agreed
Hi @Enzo2003S, @chubbichibbai,
It is pretty annoying but you can sometimes fix this by opening Ubisoft connect in the menu.
This somehow fixes the slowdown. ![]()
Yeah discovered this on reddit a little while back. It helps in devision 2 for me.
Thank you
Getting this issue now in August 2021, game is fine for an hour or so, then gradually mouse movements become very jittery. I don't know if it is an FPS issue as it seems fine if I am running in a straight line, but if I look around with the mouse it "jitters" badly, needing me to restart the game every mission.
I'll give the Ubi Connect "fix" a try, but I wish they would fix this.
I don't seem to get the same issue in Ghost Recon, but I do loose the ability to mark targets and use the drone after a few hours play. Maybe the Ubi Connect hack will work for that too.
OK to add to what I've found, it seems it may be due to high mouse polling rates. i.e. the mouse reporting where it is faster than Stadia can pass that info to the servers, leading to jittery mouse movement. Turning my polling rate down from 1000hz to 125hz in my mouse config app seemed to help a bit, but is not ideal.
