sorry to read that you have issues on your Windows PC with Stadia via Chrome.
You could try to to these steps, to try to fix the issue:
- Check all cables, try to plug especially the ethernet-cable out and in again. Try to restart the internet connection on PC.
- Try all steps mentioned in this article in the Stadia helpcenter.
- Try to disable Hardware acceleration in the settings of Chrome (search there for "use hardware acceleration when available") by toggling the function off. If this is already off, try to turn it on, restart the browser and then turn it off again.
- Try to turn location services off (if you are using those on the PC in Chrome).
- Try also general Browser steps like deleting cache & cookies, update the chrome browser to the actual version, check chrome flags (set back to standard), deactivate chrome extensions, etc.
If nothing helps in this case, I would recommend to contact Stadia support as they might have some more troubleshooting steps for you and can help you fixing the issue.
