Connection Problems with Vodafone

Hey guys, 

i have a 400 MBit cable connection to my Computer and if I do a „normal“ speedtest it show me around 300MBit. 

I wanted to play Stadia today and the games are all crashing because of connection issues. 

If I test the connection via the Stadia Speed Rest it says I have only around 7 MBit which is obviously too low. 

Do you know any issues like those? I wonder if Vodafone is blocking the connection to Stadia.

do you come from Germany by any chance? I also have Vodafone so it is not blocked I can play normally.

what are other speed tests currently saying?

Hey Thorsten , yes I come from Germany. 
all the other speedtests I am running are telling me a speed between 250 and 400 MBit with Ethernet.

Even with WiFi it’s around 200 MBit.

This is really disappointing.

are code 12051, in the Vodafone forum there is another guy with same problems in 12047. are you close aswell?

Same here. Germany (Berlin) and Vodafone. No issues for a Year. Stadia keeps kicking me out since 3-4 days. Always between 1945-2245. No issues on ISP Side. Everything was Reset. No Problems with anything else. Very Annoying.

Is there anyone from the @stadia Stadia-Team that reads this? 
Vodafone Cable Users in Germany have massive ip6 routing problems. It is still not officially acknowledged, but the Vodafone Forum is full of complaints and the error has been narrowed down to this issue. Stadia keeps being unusable between 1900-2300 +-1h. 
I was about to buy 4-5 more games you recently released, but i will not and start to question my usage of stadia as a whole. The service is basically unusable since a month now (for me and many other players).

It’s a shame as it worked like a charm for over a year, but I have reached 10% downtime because of Vodafone as of now.

A lot of People complain to Vodafone, but the Problem just gets ignored.

It would be neat if someone from Stadia could escalate this to Vodafone or at least react on this thread here.

I think this is not a Stadia problem but a problem directly with Vodafone, I also have Cable Internet from Vodafone, but I also consciously have cable 200s with a 50 upload option including ipv6

Because everything over 250 mbit is routed and controlled differently at Vodafone and seems to cause problems

You can try again to contact Vodafone or set the Google Dns on your PC, this can often help

@defischerrockt I know, that’s exactly what I am saying (Vodafone ip6 problems), the problem is well known in vodafoneforums, yet they fail to officially acknowledge it. That’s why I was hoping google could escalate the topic directly, as this will impact all stadia clients and makes the service unusable. As a privat person many others and I have 0 leverage and this recurring problems will surely impact stadia perception and sales. I’m in daily talks with Vodafone but every evening they just keep saying yes there is a problem and the next day they say it’s fixed, but it isn’t.

I´m from Spain, and I have the same problem, the Stadia test gets like 16mb, while other tests get from 200 to 300, i still can´t solve the problem, and i also have vodafone

I just returned a game twice because I am not able to actually play any game. This is very disappointing. Even more disappointing is that nobody is caring.

Wow, found this googling Vodafone Stadia.

Exactly the same deal in the UK with Vodafone. Become unable to play after 7PM.

I'm hoping to get out of my contract and change, I can't play Doom in the day time!

Same issue, Vodafone with 500 MBit/s in Germany. After 18:00 I cannot play anymore. It starts getting better after 12:00AM which is often too late for me to play anyway.

In general the whole connection gets bad at that time and Stadia which is very bandwidth hungry suffers the most.
