Can't get Stadia working properly on my mac

Hi, its been almost a month since i've been using Stadia and it works perfect in my windows laptop. But, when i try to put it on my Mac, it definitely wont work good. There's a tremendous lag in my controls, the sounds keep fine but my image seems to be lagged too. I've tried everything in the faq and only could get it to work for 2 minutes or so but when i closed the game and try to play it again, keeps doing the same. I don't know what else can i do. These  are my Mac specs if they are useful.

iMac 21,5 half 2010

Pr: 3,06 GHz Intel Core i3

Mem: 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

I have exactly the same issue on my 2009 macbook pro - I think they're too old to work. I can get Stadia running on my 2015 macbook air, my 2018 mac mini - with which I use native Catalina or Win10 in bootcamp. I prefer the Win10 instance because my Xbox360 controller works on windows but not catalina.
