I'm trying to play on my laptop, and everything should be fine (the only thing i dont know if it's set right it's the hertz thing), but when the game start i can only hear the audio and there's no video, pitch black

does this happen by every game you try to play? Did you try to change the streaming resolution setting in the Stadia app?
