Jump to Best Response

Hey guys,

So i purchased Baldur's Gate 3 on GOG and my PC(Graphics card) isn't high enough to play it properly. Wondering if it would be find with Stadia? Anyone have any idea before I spend another 60.00 on it?

Thanks

Hello @DuelAxes

They power of cloud gaming is that is possible to play on almost any device if you have a good internet connection. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: (Balder's Gate 3 on your mobile phone anyone?)
So if you have a good internet connection you should be able to play Balder's Gate 3 without any issue.

But the best thing you can do before you buy Balder's Gate 3 on Stadia is to see if any of the Free to play games run as you expect.
This way you can test for free if Stadia is running good and you enjoying the experience.

There are few Free to play games:

This can all be done with the Free Stadia account.
You can also choose for the Pro Stadia subscription wich has a montly fee.

Pro subscription

  • 4K with max 60 FPS
  • Surround sound support
  • Monthly claimable Pro games
  • Play bought games
  • Play free games
  • Play claimed Pro games

Free subscription

  • HD with max 60 FPS
  • Stereo sound
  • Play bought games
  • Play free games

Hope this helps you to make a decision if Stadia is for you. :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Thanks for the quick reply.

I tried destiny and it worked okay but didn't know how the installed version would run. Based on this I may purchase it on here as well.

Thanks again,

Hi @DuelAxes,

That is good to hear. :slightly_smiling_face:

Please note the Stadia refund policy is also pretty good to try out a game or so.

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.
