I just made an account and wanted to play orcs must die 3. But when i get into the game its all blurry and stuff. I have 100/100 mbit internet connection by cable, and my specs are:
Intel Core i5-7600 3,5 GHz(4 CPUs)
8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
Hello @kussepigen,
I also played Orcs Must Die 3 but no problem on my side. It means this is on your side.
I experienced same issues with Cyberpunk 2077 and solved it by disabling my antivirus.
Try to :
If the problem persist it's not your antivirus. If you don't see any problem, then you'll have to make exceptions on your antivirus for Stadia as it is interfering with Stadia.
If on Windows 7, force h264 codec as WIndows 7 doesn't support VP9 well.
If the problem persist, please download the Stadia Enhanced addon. Once in game, use your Stadia shortcut (Shift + Tab by default) and push the button to show stats on the top-left corner of your screen.
Wait a bit and when the problems appear, make a screenshot, and post it here, we will be able to see where is the problem.
Hi @kussepigen, thank you for coming to the Community Forum to find help solving your particular issue. One thing I might suggest is checking the stability of your connection. Speed is important, but stability is even more important. Please look into running a ping command on your Windows machine to test whether you are dropping packets, because if so, your stream quality will suffer.
If the above does not help, please also try testing on an incognito/private session, and failing that, a different browser. I also suggest testing on another device, such as an Android phone or other computer. Let me know if any of these suggestions help!
I even added the Stadia enhancer chrome extension
Hello @kussepigen,
So you are having Stadia Pro correct?
What kind of resolution does your pc/mac/laptop have? 1080p?
If this is the case you can try the following with the unofficial Stadia Enhanced plugin.
Hope this helps! ![]()
I have 1080p, and i will try that and ger back to you 🥰
It definitely helped, but it is still blurry and definitely not 1080p. I just finished playing Orcs must die 2 on steam, and this was way sharper in graphics
BR
Are you on WiFi or Ethernet?
Ethernet, no router, and i already tried portforwarding

I dont use any antivirus program, only windows defender. Does this act as any other antivirus and should i try disabling that?
my friend has the exact same problem, i guess everything works fine, its just the resolution that is bad; my monitor is 1920x1080.
here is a screenshot
Hello @kussepigen,
Could you please take the same screenshot as below to see the differences ? (No need to be pixel frame, I want it to check the logo / texts)
FYI it has been taken with VP9, 2560x1440 resolution.
Why I'm asking : Some games are downscaled in Stadia, a decision taken by the developers, not Stadia (e.g. with Assassin's Creed Origin that runs in medium for Stadia). I want to know if this is a real incident or just a downscale.
Also, yes, WIndows Defender can act as an anti-virus. Try to disable it temporarily.
i tried with windows defender turned off, nothing different, i guess thats just the experience... rather install it on my own pc, do you know if the game is available anywhere`? thx for the help ![]()
Hello @kussepigen,
I hope I'm not wrong but the studio that produce the Orcs Must Die games has been bought by Google for Stadia.
Orcs must die 3 is exclusive to Stadia but temporary. You'll have to wait a bit !
It's up to you if you want to wait.. buuuut, if you want to continue some tests, could you :
We will probably be able to find what causes you this problem.
i have done that in this thread, but the thing is it is not temporary, its constantly low quality. Using the stadia enhanced chrome add on helped a lot with the graphics, but i think it is as good as it is. 60 fps and a little delay on your actions just doesnt do it for me, so i guess ill have to wait untill it gets available elsewhere. I thank you for your time and help, but i am convinced the problem is "solved" by doing the following:
im just not satified.
again thank you.
