If you pay for the Stadia Pro membership, then 4K will be included.  It's not included if you're using the free version of Stadia.

Hi @Orquisteron,

Depends on which laptop you have?
Does your ASUS TUF gaming laptop has a 4K screen? :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Hey there!

As RXShorty and MrVacca said, there are some requirements to using Stadia in the 4k resolution.

  1. You need a GPU capable of decoding a VP9 stream. Looking at that screenshot, you should be good there.
  2. You need a 4k monitor/display. If your laptop has one, you're good. If not, you might want to consider hooking it up to an external monitor or TV.
  3. You need to be subscribed to the Stadia Pro subscription. If you're not subscriped, you cannot make use of 4k streams.

If you meet those 3 requirements, congrats! You can now play games in 4k on the go. Hope this helps!
