stadia support, RIDICULOUS

Just want to tell, i'm french and i use google translate. 


Since January 22, the day I managed to contact stadia, after 2 months relaunching google support, a member of the customer team cannot resolve my problem,

I have an endless series of emails between him and me which always sends my file to montain view ... A team supposedly superior to him.


The problem is that in November, following a bug recognized by google, I was unable to take advantage of the free stadia pro offer for me and my family members. I immediately contacted google support, since stadia support was constantly inaccessible.

Google support has never been able to put me in touch with Stadia, I have 3 case numbers on this subject.

I finally communicated with the stadia via messenger. They put me in touch with stadia support.

Since January 22, stadia support has sent me promotional codes to try, send everything back to different levels, come back with codes, ask questions, send back codes ... Ask the same question again, this misleading information. .. It's ridiculous.


I have just been asked to check the codes again, dating from March 2 ... 27 days have passed, and I am asked to try again, just to see ...

How can I contact a competent person capable of solving my problem?

I would also like to say, I also tried to take advantage of the cyberpunk offer, it was not possible due to a bug.

I contact google support, which was supposed to transfer me to the stadia service, I also have a file number, without return......

I also have to say that with the first and only set I received it was impossible to share the subscription between my family members so I paid to have a 2 account ... unnecessarily.

Since due to all these problems, since I am a happy owner of only one stadia set instead of 5, unable to buy cyberpunk, I never felt the confidence to invest my money in stadia !!!! !

But my kids still waiting for....

Are you trying to have 1 month of Stadia Pro?

Or 

Are you trying to receive the offer for Cyberpunk?

I'm not even sure what your problems are. I think one is you couldn't activate Family Share?

The other is obviously the CyberPunk 2077 promotion which nothing can be done about at this point however if you planned on buying a the new Resident Evil game you can get a ChromeCast free with that.

There is so much problem, I am trying to solve only the first one, the others are for informational purposes.

1- I am promised 4 free stadia pro sets for my premium youtube family members. To honor a promotion affected by a bug in November 2020. Since November 16 that I have been in contact with google support. On January 22, I finally joined Stadia support. Since that day, 44 message exchanges, 16 invalid promotional codes have been given to me, 2 times my file has been transferred to montain view or a similar department.
4 months have passed, without result, telephone contact .... nothing.

2- Paratge family does not work, I am told that it is only a few accounts that are affected

3- Even when I wanted to buy cyberpunk with the stadia set on sale, I didn't succeed due to a bug. And support was not able to resolve the issue.

With promotional codes sent in late February and confirmed not valid on March 2.
