revive dormant IPs - Could STADIA work deals out with publishers?

Games I would love to see return that have been dormant but widely loved. (I will put some info besides them from websites)

1. Sleeping Dogs - Publisher: Square Enix From a cultural phenomenon to a game that had about as much impact as a you trying to punch a ghost in a nightmare, Sleeping Dogs feels like a game out of time. A B-tier open-world title, it didn’t quite have the smooth vehicle handling of the competition, or anywhere near the budget of something like GTA, but it carved out its own identity by cribbing on the Batman: Arkham combat system and focusing on fisticuffs. You could also punt peoples’ heads through windows. One of the things that stands out about Sleeping Dogs to me now is the setting. Hong Kong felt refreshing to explore in a world where games often pretend that the US is the only place on Earth. From the neon glow of street signs to the back alleys full of street food vendors, Sleeping Dogs did an incredible job of capturing a Hong Kong in virtual form and filling it with goons to murder with ceiling fans.

2. Asura wrath - Publisher: Capcom Asura is, an Interactive Anime with elements Beat'em Up. And to assess just how the game is not correct. Assess how the anime too. What happens on the screen, it's a nightmare addict. And it pleases. Difficult situation, they gave us something new that we can not explain. Thank you Capcom, for the great new IP

3. Legacy of Kain - Publisher: Square Enix? The Legacy of Kain series primarily comprises five action-adventure video games released between 1996 and 2003, the majority of which were developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Eidos Interactive. Each entry incorporates elements of action and puzzle-solving in its gameplay, and all are set in the fictional land of Nosgoth, united by the character of Kain, the series' vampire anti-hero. Although technically a pentalogy, the series is effectively made up of two duologies telling the separate stories of Kain (Blood Omen) and Raziel (Soul Reaver), with both culminating in Legacy of Kain: Defiance.

4. Condemned: Criminal Origins - Publisher Sega A true underated gem! One of my favorite games this generation and of all time. This game is true survival horror that is actually fun to play! It contends with Dead Space for best survival horror series of all time. I've been wishing for a Condemned 3 game forever now! So many great moments in this game!

There is a few others obviously a ton from Capcom and square enix and I have no idea if these deals can be made, but I've heard things like SONY helping out with Shenmue and other stories where sometimes they will help develop games if the interest is high enough. any dormant games you guys would like to see appear on STADIA?

I would love to see the Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver Games come to Stadia. Great story and they wouldn't even have to upgrade the graphics. I just want to be able to play it again with proper controller support.

For me it would have to be, "Leather Goddesses of Phobos", published in 1986, it doesn't require much in the way of graphics power especially considering that it is a text-based adventure.  Originally written for the Amiga, Apple II, Macintosh, Atari 8-bit family, Atari ST, Commodore 64, and MS-DOS,  If the developers could find a way to introduce Crowd Play into the game all the better!!

Kudos appreciated if deserved.

@Pasta

Sleeping dogs is one of my favorite open world games of all time. I would absolutely LOVE to see it continued in any regard on any platform. I would take the original released again on Stadia as well. The game is so good.
