@eric777 yes it's possible. Check out the following help article:

Kids and family

Here's a snippet:

Gameplay limits

During the setup process, you can set limits on the game content your child can access and your child’s ability to connect with other players. After setup, you can manage these settings on the Stadia family dashboard online.  Note that restrictions that are placed while your child is playing will not take effect until the next play session.

  • Games restrictions by rating: You can set content restrictions based on game ratings. Your child can access every game at the rating you chose and below. For example, if you set your child’s View Content Restriction to “T for Teen,” your child will be able to play games rated at “E,” “E10+,” and “Teen.”  Games with a rating above the one you’ve chosen will not be visible to your child in the Stadia Store tab.
    • To set games restrictions, tap Edit
  • How your child connects with other players: You can choose if you want your child to be able to play multiplayer games or voice chat with other players online.
    • To manage your child’s settings, tap the slider next to the setting.

Sorry I dont see how to limit the playing duration. Like you can do on other consoles like PS4 or Switch console.
