Hi.

I have a problem when I want to go to the shoot creator on NBA2k21 the screen is totally freeze and the game stop running if someone could help me

(Sorry for my bad English I'm french so...)

On your "Play-Stadia" page Go to "Help" on a computer or a mobile device and it will redirect you to "Stadia Help" via support.google.com,  make sure you're logged in with your google account associated with your Stadia account. From there if you scroll all the way down you'll see 2 options:

"Ask the Help Community" And "Contact Us" 

I suggest you go to "Contact Us" and you will be connected with live support via chat. Describe the situation as best as you can and the support agent from stadia help center will take all your notes and feedback regarding the issue. 

Please do it guys, it may sound like a lot, but it's literally just chatting for a couple minutes to tell them what's going on, this will help me and all stadia players.

I'm facing similar issue, but it seems to be happening only in 'Team practice' mycareer mode at this moment. When enter this mode right after any match in mycareer, game's FPS tends to drop to around 3 or 5 and it's impossible to play further. I need to restart the game, so it comes back to normal, but then yet again after playing the 'old' team practice and next match I cannot attend next practice, because game freezes again. 

Has anyone experienced similar problems?
