Hi,
I am a Stadia player from origin with a PRO subscription. I have about 60 games in my catalog but I notice that I always play the same 4 or 5 games. So I ask myself if it's actually worth continuing to pay for a subscription rather than buying the games I play and ending the subscription. My question is, if I terminate the PRO subscription, will I be able to buy the free games redeemed with the PRO subscription (for example GRID, PUBG, F1 2020... )?
Also, I bought GHOST RECON on offer for PRO subscribers. Will I be able to continue playing if I terminate my subscription?
tnx in advance
If you claim a game for free as part of your Pro subscription, you will lose access to that game if your subscription lapses. If you start back up again, you will regain access to any previously claimed. If you let your Pro subscription lapse, you will also be able to purchase any previously claimed games to be able to play them again and all progress will carry over.
If you paid for any games that had a Pro discount on then, you WILL be able to access these games even if you're no longer a Pro subscriber. The reason is that your Pro gave you access to the discount, but you have still bought the game and your access won't be removed.
In your example above, you will lose access to F1 but keep access to Ghost Recon. I hope this makes sense.
No worries... Unfortunately, there's no official way to check the price if you have already claimed the game... Though you don't have to sign up for the trial every time you sign up if you use one of the below links from a computer browser (doesn't work on mobile) you can skip the trial:
Sign up and play for free without any payment info by clicking "Play on Stadia" on the following free game page:
Destiny 2: https://stadia.google.com/games/destiny-2
Also, a Stadia content creator (Gem Stadia) found a workaround to actually purchased already claimed games:

Following... I have the same question

Thanks for reply ViviFFIX
I'm trying to figure out the prices of the games that interest me but I can't. Honestly, I find it absurd that this info is not available in my PRO account page. Even connecting to Stadia anonymously, I can't find this information. Apparently I have to register to Stadia with a new account, activate the free trial month by entering the details of a credit card and only in this way I can access at the catalog with the indicated prices, is it possible or am I missing something?
