Workflow configuration error

Hi,

I'm a Belgian stadia user with lots of issues with all of the games.

I have just used the "interactive problem solver" and it says (translated from Dutch) "error with the workflow configuration. Escalate the problem."

And that's it..

what do i need to do?

Hey @ScheveStek,

to help you it would be nice to get some more details about your problem:

  • Do you encounter this problem only on one specific device or on all devices (TV with Chromecast, PC/laptop with Chrome Browser, mobile phone with Stadia app)?
  • Can you explain when exactly that error message is popping up? Do you do something specific to get it or when does it appear?
  • Do you have this problem for a while or just encountered it even though you play Stadia already for a longer time?
  • What do you mean by "interactive problem solver"?
