Wireless gaming headsets

Does anyone know what the deal is with wireless gaming headsets? Will they be able to be used ? I posted a thread few days ago but I'm still confused. My wireless headset that I previously used for PC and PS4 has a transmitter than plugs into the USB port. I can then use the charged headset as a mic and for game audio. This method works when I used stadia on the PC but not for the Chromecast. I tried using usbc to usba adapter to plug in the transmitter to the stadia controller but nothing happen.

Also Bluetooth headset would be perfect as you can see all other game consoles are providing support for it

The state of headsets with Stadia is a mess right now anyway.  Even if you use a headset that connects with a 3.5mm jack, there are still issues with connectivity.  Mic doesn't work most of the time.  There's work that needs to be done on this front for sure.

Have you tried connecting the Headset to the TV, rather than the controller?

Depends on the TV, connection and protocol it uses.

I highly doubt it, but its worth a try.
