Stadia is now free to use without the need of buying the controler aka the Premiere kit.
I just bought it and now it's "free". I know that paied money for the controller and the Chromecast but will be my 3 month free trail for Stadia Pro extended on the two month that everyone gets?
Thanks and happy gaming!

Alas no, this 2 month free extension is only available for active paid subscribers, new accounts, or for those users that are renewing their expired subscription. If you are on a 3 month trial period then there is no additional 2 month added.
@Tobonaut You can check in the app by going to subscriptions and seeing when your next payment date is. I would suspect the answer is yes, but interested to know what you find.
@Matt1 a thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, it seems not be exented. It's still the "original" 3 month later date.

To piggyback on @Mad_Dog_Bravo's comment, you can read more at the FAQ: https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9598981?hl=en.
Wow this is dumb why did I pay for time and they didnt
I got Stadia like 2- 3 weeks ago... I am telling myself that at least I got a chromecast ultra and a controller... Too bad I was waiting for the free tier and it comes out shortly after I purchase the premium...
No extra 2 free months for me.
I have the same issue. This is not fair for people who got stadia recently and started subscription. I don’t care if ihave a controller or chromecast. I have other controllers. People who finished 3 months subs will have 2 more months and they can have 5 months free in total. Stadia should extend free subscription holders for 2 more months.
I agree, this is completely unfair to us people who have supported the product and signed up in the last couple of months.
Essentially we're getting punished for paying the full price.
This is a classic case of chasing new customers while neglecting your current ones.
I completely agree with you.
