Hi Alfred,
have you tried allowing Wildlands to access your Stadia Friends List? You may have declined this on first start. You can find this setting for all games in the Stadia Settings on the webapp or Android App. I hope the instructions below will resolve your issue.

My friend and I are both having the same issue. We had already enabled sharing friends with Ubisoft. It does not help.
We are able to play Ghost Recon: Breakpoint multiplayer through Stadia, but Wildlands only works as single player because of this problem. Please help!
Hey folks,
Just wanted to check in here to see if anyone was still having this issue with Ghost Recon: Wildlands. Let us know when get a chance.
Thanks,
James
Hey James we are struggling with connection issues. Me and my friend are not able to play this game in multiplayer mode even after forming a party in stadia. Kindly help as soon as possible.

Hi @aarush
Did you try @razfaz23 suggestion?
If that does not work, please try contacting Ubisoft support: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help ![]()
Hi RX,
Yes, I tried everything as described by @razfaz23 but didn't work. However, I have submitted a ticket to Ubisoft, and let's see how it goes since I am yet to receive a reply from them ![]()
I'm having the same issue. If AlfredRomeo is having it since a year ago I suppose it won't be solved in the future.
I noticed that it's random: some days I have the issue, some others not. If you or your friend can access online game and the other not, it's still possible to play together if the the lucky guy invites the other from the game itself. To do it, it's mandatory that both of you have give Ubisoft the access to you friend's list, so that the game can see you both online.
