@GraceFromGoogle why there has been so little clear information? We all know you've had a major problem, but if you communicate with people and let them know... 1. What happened? 2. What you are doing currently to fix it? 3. What you are going to do compensate people who believed and support in you? 4. A realistic time frame for people to get their codes, shipping and compensation? You would restore the faith of people to some extent in your customer service, if not your ability to launch a product!
