Where are the stadia servers? IP login/hack

I might have been hacked. 

I play stadia from The Netherlands. And logged in yesterday to play games like the crew 2 (ubisoft). 

My email got a ubisoft message today, saying my account might have been hacked. Looking at history login, two log in attempts.

Dhaka, Bangladesh
IP: 43.XXX.XXX.170

Are these stadia servers?

This seems like it needs an urgent response. I recommend going on any of stadia social media accounts and asking on there.

Looking at the message it looks like attempts were made to access stadia from these IP addresses. There are multiple Google data centers in Europe so you would never be connected to one in India. The latency would kill the experience.
