Yes, I know there is/was a similar thread to this a few days ago. However, I found it really annoying with everyone just listing every game they knew.
SO:
Both Chris and Grace have personally guaranteed me that the most popular game will be ported to Stadia*.
*Neither Chris nor Grace have guaranteed this.
I would very much like to see the new Harry Potter game brought to Stadia! I think it would really show off the convenience and accessibility of cloud gaming as I think there a lot of HP fans who aren't really in to gaming, but would love to play the game without spending hundreds on a console they'll never use.
Factorio. Because the factory must grow, even when I’m on the move
Never played Factario, but may I suggest Satisfactory instead? I'm addicted ![]()
I would love to see any Blizzard game specially Diablo IV.
Also FIFA 21 and Path of Exile
This is not on my personal top list to come to stadia, but if I had to only pick 1 that I thought would help grow the popularity of Stadia, it would to be Call Of Duty.
The reason for my choice is because i believe it will show off the true convenience experience of Stadia. Us Stadia users understand that we dont have to wait to install or wait for update, but they dont understand that power. So many times while im playing warzone and i hear my friends saying "waiting for the update" or "have to reinstall". I always say to the, "see on stadia you wouldn't have to wait". They simply throw at me "well is Call Of Duty on stadia?" Then I got nothing to say after that. no matter what I say, they won't understand until they see it(I am sure a lot of us have this same experiance). Our 4th friend cant even play with us because he doesn't have a console or powerful enough PC to play COD, but if it was on Stadia, many like him could experiance the simplicity and beauty of Stadia.
My friend said that his PC can do what Stadia "does and better". Maybe graphically sure, it could be better. But if Call Of Duty were to come to Stadia, the first thing I would do is record myself buying the game and instantly playing it while commenting that I didnt have to install, I didnt have to wait for an update, I didnt need space, I didnt have to spend $1k+ on a gaming PC or spend $600 on a ps5 to play this game and post it on youtube for all of them to see and they will understand after especially given the fact of how big and how often Call Of Duty updates. Then show him the video and say no, your PC can't do what Stadia does.
Sorry guys I know this was long, but it was in my head for a long time. Thank You for taking your time to read.
You make good points. I agree call of duty would be amazing on Stadia.
GTA V / Online is the only game I still boot up the ol desktop for
Anything, as long as it's day and date (where did this phase come from!?) with though the other systems.
Sorry man but i just have to add 2:
- No Man’s Sky
- Star Wars Squadron
I will pick a game for each genre.
Action role-playing = Monster Hunter World (4 players rewarding coop)
RPG = Nier Automata (Amazing game that few people probably heard or own)
Fighting = Soul Calibur 6 (Smooth and fun gameplay)
RTS = StarCraft 2 (Stadia doesn't have any RTS at the moment)
Turn based strategy = XCOM 2 (Good game to play on-the-go)
Platform = MegaMan (Classic, well recognized)
Family couch coop = Overcooked 2 (Fun with family)
Family board game = Fortune street (Monopoly lovers will like this)
Arcade Sports = NBA playgrounds 2 (Wacky fun)
Sports = NHL
Life Simulation = Sims 4 (Game to relax)
FPS = Titanfall 2 (Great game people likely missed)
City building = SimCity 4
Theme park = Roller Coaster Tycoon 3
Arcade racing = Need for Speed Heat
I close my case.
@BlueMarble I thought they were coming it with a new Nier game? Not sure if that would hit Stadia or not, but I thought I saw a trailer for a new one that looked really good. I do hope that comes to Stadia.
Personally, I would love to see the CoD: Warzone that would be a great game to build this platform. Clearly, it would need to have cross-play. Thanks for making this Founders Hub definitely makes me feel good about how the Stadia team values it's users that believe in it's potential
Man I am DYING for Capcom games. And it's seriously hard to pick!! I've 100%'d Resident Evil 7 on PC and would do it all over again on Stadia - I don't know why, I just love that game. However, since I can pick ONLY ONE game, I would really want to see Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition come to Stadia. In addition to only having scratched the surface of it on PS4, seeing the SE come to Stadia would give me an excuse to re-buy the game, AND buy the game on Stadia.
Plus, fast-paced action games that have cutting-edge AAA graphics, 60FPS, but ALSO require pinpoint precise button inputs would be a great showcase game on Stadia.
I am just waiting for FIFA since it was confirmed it would be coming, I gave away my Xbox and PlayStation and won’t get another console. Fifa is the only game I really play and occasionally football manager. I really hope it isn’t out too long after it launches everywhere else.
I think getting Fortnite would be a huge attraction in growing the user base.
The Witcher 3
I'd like to have "Smite Battleground of Gods". It would be the first MOBA on Stadia and also it already has crossplay so there will be no problems with matchmaking.
Gotham Knights. (TBH, all the recently announced WB Games.) It's one of the biggest games announced for 2021. (Can't just be me?) I don't want to have to buy it on PC.
Escape from Tarkov-like FPS but with MAG (MMO FPS PS3 game) match sizes would make an amazing FPS addition, plus would show off the hardware (cloud servers) very well.
Or something like Star Citizen would be an amazing way to show off the benefits of cloud computing.
But I'll be happy just getting Cyberpunk 2077 when it releases (hopefully with high end spec settings)
I would give my left testicle and right kidney for escape from tarkov to be realesed on stadia
Genshin Impact and hopefully Warframe..
Cannot understand no one said WoW already, with pc cross play.
Would drop hundreds of hours for this in Stadia!
Elden ring because stadia needs a souls!!!!!
Kudos my post up to the top sun bro's!
I'd love to see the Lego Series coming to Stadia, that would be awesome!
Mount&Bade II Bannerlord
I think it could be a blast on Stadia. Large scale medieval battles/siege...with Stadia capabilities we could make a 400 vs 400 online.
Kerbal Space Program 2
PES 2021
Rocket League.
I think I would go for an older game like port royale 3 or patrician as I think they can be also fun with controller.
Other then this maybe some fishing games ![]()
Sid Meier's Civilization VI.
Stadia desperately needs more strategy games, and it has been requested a lot on social media too. Civilization VI is very popular, works with the controller and is a highly rated and respected title, with a great place in the history of gaming.
The remaster of Tony Hawk pro skater 1+2
I would literally not leave my couch for days ...
