Well, I for one am happy

There is a lot of negativity around Stadia, so I just wanted to say I am a happy Stadia user. I've played RDR2 properly first time last night and it was perfect, no lag, great graphics, it was an amazing experience. It's dissapointing Stadia is not available on my tablet (Huawei M5), I'd be annoyed if it was Chromesque tablets only, but let's see. It's a new service, it does what I expect and I am sure things will improve. Google have a track record of rolling out basic services that are limited at first and improve with time or get killed. Remember Android 1? But then, also remember Google Reader, great service, lots of users, but it still got killed. Any one who signed up for Stadia knew it was a gamble. I am just hoping it's one that pays off.

In the Reddit AMA the lead designer of stadia reiterated that Stadia users will have access to their games they've bought even if the platform is shut down. Although didn't specify how this would work... There's a bit of a gamble but I like most on here I haven't been part of console gaming for years after trading in a PS4 for a switch. So all these games are titles I have yet to play and do t already own, so I too am happy at the moment and think it will only get better as to e goes on. I played Tomb Raider last night and again it seemed to work brilliantly even though I only have about 30gb internet speed
