Website & Support says there's an undisclosed issue with my order, so I can't get a code...

Website & Support says there's an undisclosed issue with my order (for several days now), however I did, in fact receive the bundle, though because the system says I didn't, I therefore cannot get a code (catch-22). I've been talking with several people from Support for several days, (keep getting passed around, and the same conclusion is reached without resolution). I went on Twitter/Facebook etc. to try to get a fix - to no avail - very frustrating!

Sorry to hear @Hugh_Betcha this must be really frustrating.

Although I even think the only you can do is keeping pushing the support, because if you don't receive a code via email, this is the only way to get a founders code. If you ordered a Premiere edition it might be even easier to send that hardware back, wait for the money back and then order again.
