Bought a Destiny 2 bundle to try on my iPad and Pixel. The game crashed constantly for an hour so I left it to see if it was an intermittent issue and came back a few hours later. Tried again and constantly crashing so I requested a refund which got escalated to a senior person. It was rejected since it was outside a 2 hour time window so I'm stuck with a $100 game bundle that plays better on my 8 year old Xbox one. Definitely won't be trying any games out in the future.
@Hd04 Hey sorry you're having trouble. When you say crashed, do you mean the game just closed? Did it say anything about you having unstable connection? I play Destiny 2 here and there on Stadia (mostly play on PC) and never had any crash from the game itself. When it crashes, usually it's because I have unstable connection. Have you tried playing on a different network and see if the issue still happens?
I had both happen. Tons of lag when it did work and then just sitting there waiting for the game to open after force closes on my iPad Air 4 and Pixel 6. Tried on both my home WiFi and over the air on my Pixel. Home internet was getting 300 down at the time so speed wasn't the issue. This might have just been a 1 day issue but haven't touched it since nor will I use the service any more. The fact it took over a week to hear back from a supervisor further leads me to not want to use it. I wish I could give my bundle away so someone else could at least try it rather than spending their money.
