@Razr That's exactly what I did! Had $20 opinion credit, used $10 to get Tomb Raider ![]()
There's also this thing called Play Points. And apparently Stadia purchases are eligible for it, so make sure to enable that as well if you haven't. I just recently discovered it so not quite sure what I can get, but maybe it'll come in handy someday.
Play points sounds good, but doesn't appear to be available in the UK
.
Good idea about the survey money being sed for games. Is it easy to apply?
@danieljudge80 Might be different from country and/or device, but the option to apply Play credit is available when purchasing games from Android device in USA.
@Ivan I guess I'll just have to try it and see if I have the option. Cheers
Thank you these are nice tips!
Just got Tomb Raider with the play credits. You can only make a purchase of you have enough credits to cover the whole amount. It won't let you top up with another source of payment.
@danieljudge80 Again this might be country/device related, but I was actually able to pay GRID with Google Play credit, then the rest with Google Pay balance. I just had to set it as a secondary method of payment.
That seems to only be true if the game is discounted. Full priced games will allow you to make a partial payment
Thanks @Ivan good to know about the play credit I'll keep a look out to see if we can get it.
