From this morning (Italian time, therefore from about 5 hours) how I try to start Trial Rising it arrives to the main screen (with "press a key" written) and when it tries to connect to the Ubisoft servers I get the message "no internet connection "and tells me that ubisoft servers are unavailable and that I need to inquire about ubisoft support.Since, however, the images reach me, I think the problem is not mine but of the trait between the stadia server and those of ubisoft.Can you confirm this? Does anyone else have my same problem?On the support I found no communication, even on the site Ubisoft stands the inscription "the stadia services are active"
Yes it is a common issue, sounds like Ubisoft are doing some server maintenance and forgot to actually tell anyone! Their website clearly says that servers are available when they aren't, so probably an unplanned outage. Give it a while and check later to see if they have resolved their issue.
I raised the issue with Ubisoft support to see if they have any details of the outage, they tried to farm me off with some scheduled maintenance nonsense but then realised that that maintenance window they were looking at has been and gone; so they are still looking into what the issue might be. Quality level 1 support from Ubisoft....
Currently Ubisoft are saying that they have it under investigation with their dedicated team and it may be either an issue on their side or on the Stadia side. Apparently it came to light shortly after a scheduled maintenance window, so sounds like something got broken.
