Is it possible to restart my trial period? When I signed up I wasn't ready and if someone from support looks at my history they'll see that I've never played a game. Now that I got a proper setup I want to start playing but want to start from scratch. Is this possible? Anyway to contact support?

I would make a new email account and get a free month out of it. If you like it and want to go pro, use your main account.
The problem with using a new account is if I want to continue I'll lose all my saved games and data. Unless there's a way to transfer it to another account.
