@ARGAH I mean...it's a pretty good response. It puts it in front of more eyes and lets the idea/suggestion get documented in more places.

Is that a bad thing? :face_with_tongue:

what would be a better response?  We as "Stadia Guides" are not a part of Google's Stadia team. That's why we can just point you in the right direction. :slightly_smiling_face:

@Tobonaut I think you are pretty spot on there. I always find the responses frustrating, but then I remember you guys are just Stadia users like the rest of us and are trying to help out other Stadia users. The real ones at fault here are Google as they use the guides to avoid direct contact / communication with the users of this forum but don’t give you guys the input needed to make a real difference in some of the answers... anyway, thanks for spending the time trying to help others - I think most people appreciate it.

Hi @GraceFromGoogle, personally I really love the using Stadia and have only had good experiences with the platform. My single frustration is the lack of any public forward looking roadmap to share with the users on what is coming and when in terms of features, new device support and games etc. I rely on using the forum as I don’t have (and don’t want) Facebook, twitter etc. My point above is that the forum feels very impersonal, like there is a wall between the users and the team at Google...and that the Stadia guides are supplied blanket lines to deliver on the lack of information available to people when they ask questions (new region support, game release dates, if a game is coming to Stadia etc.). I don’t intend the feedback to be offensive to anyone, especially the guides who go out of their way to try and help...but it is honestly how the situation come across - and as a big fan of Stadia it worries me to think how people who are less convinced perceive the platform when they get a lack of information available on it. I hope the feedback can be taken as constructive and helpful in some way.
