I've tried at least 5 times to get the stadia controller to work, I've followed all the instructions, and nothing works. This is the 3rd game controller I've tried on iphone, laptop, PC, you name it. NO CONTROLLER WORKS, AND I'M TIRED OF WASTING MONEY ON TECHNOLOGY THAT DOESN'T WORK. And I refuse to sit on hold waiting for a tech to help me, when the product should be good to go out of the box.
Piece of crap.

Hey there!
There's no official iPhone support at the moment. This will change sometime in the near future, though!
Have you tried playing on your PC without a controller, but instead using keyboard and mouse? This may solve issues with the client not detecting your controller, and allow you to play.
Do you connect your controller using Bluetooth or a USB cable? Cabled connections might improve detection as well.
Sorry to hear your experience is like this.
Which controllers are you trying to use? Are they present on THIS list?
We used a third party USB PS4 controller and also the 8bitdo controllers seem to work just great.
But I only played with it on a Ubuntu and Windows 10 system both running Chrome.
As stated above iOS is not supported yet.
Maybe explain your issue before just blasting the system. I have had issues connecting the controller to a chromecast but it has to do with iOS, not the system. Can you tell us what the issue actually is?
Lol. ..it really isn't that hard ..you might want to slow down READ and try it again .
Hi @Alien1Dare
This really isn't the experience you should be having, and many users on here will have had experience on setting this up.
Can you give details about the system you are trying to use, one of the cobtrollers you are using, how you are connecting it and what you are getting and we will try to help.
I had a lot of problems trying to get Stadia working on my TV with the Chromecast. I was almost at the point of boxing it all back up and sending it back but I changed my routers DNS settings (or change the DNS settings for DHCP clients) to use the Google DNS servers at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Everything just started working then.
Glad I stuck with it as it is excellent, very impressed so far.
@Alien1Dare The product works. Thousands (maybe hundreds of thousands?) of us are playing Stadia on tv, PC, and mobile with our controllers. IOS is bit different. It's not really built for iOS yet, but there is an app out there that supposedly let's you play.
I know tech support can be a headache, but the reason they exist is to help people who are having issues just like yours, because most of us aren't having any trouble connecting our controllers. So if you really want to play you should get in touch with them. If you complain that you're having trouble, and you've tried everything, but also say you don't want to get help from tech support, then some people aren't going to take you seriously.
