I have been playing THe Elder Scrolls Online without problem since july 2020.
Last week I have started to experiment two separates problems.
First problem: The game crashes. When you record, this is what happenes - https://stadia.google.com/capture/84e85426-bce4-4e62-91e5-302ec9eef508
As you can see, it looks like the software struggles.
Second problem: Every 30-60 seconds the frame rate drops to 0 for a second or two, then the streaming resumes with 360p.
When you record it, it looks fine, so the problem is on the streaming side.

It was never experienced before so my question is.. has something changed? Why suddently it looks like Stadia cannot handle The Elder Scrolls Online?
Hello @Naissur
There was a known issue the last few days with the VP9 Stadia stream.
This issue has been resolved for about half a day now. Could please check again to see if the game runs fine right now?
HHello @RXShorty
I am still experiencing it. If I temporary switch the stream type, I won't experience it, would I?
@RXShorty I have changed the codec to H264 and apparently the problem is gone. Quality seems to have dropped a bit, but I don't mind.
In a couple of days I will try again the V9 codec.
Hi @Naissur
That is good to hear. Did you also try a Chrome Incognito window? Worth a shot. ![]()
Looks like I have spoken too early. It just happened with h264
Didn't try incognito, I will give it a try later.
Ps. I am using Stadia as a PWA of Chrome and Brave browser.
@RXShorty Good morning, I have edited the main post. Apparently there are 2 different problems.
