In September stadia offered a free controller code to be supplied within 3 days if resubscribing to stadia pro and I've not received the code. Contacted Google and they are saying it could take longer, a week later and it's still not here.
Is this just me or are they misleading others too?

I cancelled earlier in Sept before the announcement about the incentive.
Up to press I've not received an email inviting to re sub so perhaps this just is a random invite.
A shame really.
I know people who didn't get an invite but they never used more than their free intro offer.
I did tho so a little distrustful of Google offers now.

I'm glad you appreciate people's comments however, I don't appreciate being lied to by Google/stadia.
The most important thing for me is you emailed me, I am in the UK and I won't trust Google going forward.
Feel free to clarify things further but to clarify my position, I'll be trialing Luna when available.

I'm so sorry you seem to be getting the run around from our support team. After looking into your case myself, I was able to see that our team should be sending out the codes for the UK promotion by the end of October. Sorry, I thought I'd replied yesterday to your previous response to say someone sent me a code and that I'd been able to redeem it....

Did you ever get your code? I am feel like I'm being given the runaround by support.
I re-subscribed on 1st October. I'm a UK resident living in the UK, have a support case number and an email saying 'Our senior specialist is currently working on your redemption for our promotional offer', but still no code.
@wisefool_13 no nothing..... 'Support' stopped updating me except telling me if I bought a game I would get a code for a controller...... Like I'd trust them twice!

Stadia Premiere arrived today by DPD, who in my experience are the best UK delivery company.
Setup and in game functionality are excellent.
The service after getting the code and the products themselves are top notch.
For anyone else still struggling to get a code a combination of live chat to get a support case number, posting here and chasing up via email quoting your case number worked for me.
