Stadia controller not delivered yet

My new stadia controller is not getting delivered and there is no updates on it. I tried reaching google support but no help.
The shipping carrier says, "Package information has been provided but the item has not been received for delivery. For more information please check again later".

It was supposed to be delivered 7 days ago.

Hey Guys. Thanks for your responses. Although, I didn't get the package yet and there is no response from the google support team, the tracking status got updated to Out For Delivery this morning. A big relief!!!

For reference, this was my last message to one of the agent. Not sure if this worked. Lol!

As much as I love Google, I hate to say that as a customer I'm not satisfied with the unresponsive behavior of the customer support team. Let me summarize the issue I'm facing right now.

I ordered a Stadia Controller from the Google store online on November 19th, 2021 and it was supposed to be delivered between Nov 24th - 26th. However, I didn't receive it and waited until Nov 30th before checking with the carrier and then the support team. The carrier asked me to check with the Google support team because they didn't receive the package from Google.

The Google support team agent asked me to wait for 24 hours as he consults with the product experts. I didn't get any response in more than 24 hours. 
After checking again with the agent, I was asked to wait 72 hours more. And again, it's already been 72 hours with no response. 
 
I understand, there can be issues with shipment or product availability. I'm also considering the fact that shipments are delayed due to global chip shortages. But, I didn't hear any such issues from the support team and the only thing I'm getting from them is 'No Response'.
 
I've been a loyal customer for a long time and could never expect this from a brand like Google. I hope you look into this issue.


After jotting down these lines, I felt that I can become a consultant of writing sentimental love letters. XoXo..!! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
