I don’t know when I plug it for charging the orange light don’t turns up, probably it is charged. When I’m playing game it automatically disconnects first, white light blinks and then orange and after few minutes even if I try to connect again, same problem occurs. I don’t know what’s the issue. All suggestions are welcomed, thanks in advance
Hello @Sofra4888, sounds like your controller is trying to update its software or firmware from your description about the lights going from white to orange. From my experience with my controller, no lights while being left plugged in means that it is fully charged. I pasted the table showing the different lights and their meaning. Would you kindly let us know which light sequence your controller is going through? I am also adding some helpful links about your controller and how to reset it (hopefully this does the trick).

@Sofra4888 When you're charging, are you plugging it using the USB cable to your computer? If yes, can you try to connect it to the wall outlet? Sometimes when the controller's battery is too low, it won't be able to charge if it's through a USB connection. In this case it's best to plug it through the wall, or at least use a portable charger.
If you've confirmed that the battery is fully charged, and you're still getting issues, please report back here so we can troubleshoot more.
Yeah, I’m plugging it to the adapter and I can’t confirm if it’s fully charged or not, while I plug it in the light doesn’t show up

I have a similar issue, and I followed all the steps with no luck,
I plugged in the controller with the original cable and brick head (tried other cable/brick combo as well), and I DO NOT get the solid orange light. But if I disconnect the power and try to play a game < 15 secs later the controller dies.
I did a reset (as well as a hardware reset) and it is solid white (light) as I begin to play a game. but it dies < 15 secs later
I do not get he reset button in the back to do anything thought
please help
