Stadia by the video game browser

If Stadia works through the browser of the current video games it would be very cool (PS4 and Xbone or even Ps3 and 360) or by Stadia's own application or the YouTube application in video games would have an absurd effect! it would be a bombing announcement!

Stadia requires the latest Chrome browser and has some hardware requirements to run it smoothly. I guess that SmartTvs do not fullfill the requirements *hm*
