That last few days when my kids request to play a new game on their Stadia account I get the request but when I try to open it in the Family Link it says "Something's not right" with a button to retry. Clicking retry doesn't help. I can't see any other way to approve the request. This used to work just fine.
Ok, I did find a spot to do it in Stadia settings in the browser. It would be better to be able to do it from the Family Link app on my phone again though.

You can suggest the feature by leaving a feedback inside the app! Go to the settings scroll to the bottom and you will see the feedback button!
The feature already exists, it's just broken currently. I get a notification on my phone but when I go in to view the request it fails to load.

I've just sent feedback through both apps, have not filed any formal bug reports. Dunno even where to do something like that...?
