Hello I have received the worst customer service ever, I have waited a month for just one game which i have requested for and i do not receive it after a month.I got told that i should waited for it to be approved by a supervisor and i did receive voice mail saying it has been approved today the 1st of april i get some random games which cost over 70£ and i wanted one game which costed under 50£.The service was rubbish from a worker jun the person did not want to go ask a supervisor or somebody higher and has totally ignored my need in help,Stadia is a very good platform but the workers do not seem professional at all.I have wasted a whole month just for one game i am not satisfied by the service.
@Alex-B so when you buy a game on Stadia you will have access the game right away. I'm a bit curious in your case when you were asked to wait. Can you please give a bit more details?
What game did you buy and when did you make the purchase? What game did you actually get? What was the issue that you were not able to access the game immediately?

Is it a pre-order game? For that you will not actually pay for the game until the game releases. With destiny 2 pre-orders being different as the base game is already available, so you will get the game right away and the dlc/add-on when it releases.
Are you talking about WWZ? It was said to come out the first week of April on to Stadia. When is that exactly? we are not sure but I do have w weird feeling it will be sometime during the first full week of April (week of Sunday April 3rd)
