Anyway I believe in your situation it's best to contact the Google Store team as they can help you out when things went wrong with your order.
P.S.: If your order didn't went through though I believe there is nothing they can do either, because the founder's edition is not available anymore, so what you could do instead would be ordering a Premiere edition.

@SulYuvar Stadia support can't help you. As @Chufu said you probably need to contact Google Store support. It sounds like you're saying the Founder's Edition you ordered as a Guest is still in the original packaging. If it is unopened, then it should be an easy return to the Google Store. Even if you ordered as a guest, you had to provide personal information to place the order. If your personal information, and they can find your order with that information. If your order information matches the serial number on the packaging of your Founder's Edition, then that's usually all they need to process your return or to give you a code so you can sell it to your friend. They MIGHT not give you a code if you already have an account though. But you should definitely be able to return it if you have the proper information.
