Just spent close to an hour chatting to someone at Stadia Web Chat "Customer Care" and it was like pulling teeth and was without doubt absolutely the most abysmal attempt at customer service I have ever experienced.
The agent seemed to be disinterested in resolving my issue, copied and pasted some random refund information that was unrelated to my issue to "set my expectations", went silent for large periods of time without telling me what they were doing or what was happening. I had to ask them. When they did give me information it was barely that. Nothing of substance and ironically no expectations were set. I was told that they would be checking with someone who was working on my case "in a bit". Was this guy busy doing something else? Was I supposed to wait while this was happening?. I was told I would be updated by email soon? When is soon? Is it a shorter timeframe that a bit? I don't know. I was told previously that I would be contacted by email but have not been so far.
Messages/text I had entered seemed to have disappeared from the log. I am 100% certain I did not do that.
And at approaching the 50 minute mark of the "conversation" the agent decided to ask me what my issue was... for clarity? 50 freaking minutes on a web chat and this person apparently didn't understand what it was I was needing help with!
They then abruptly ended the chat.
Absolutely pathetic show, Google/Stadia. I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Not that you need my money (you've already got some of it and are refusing or finding it too hard to give it back for unknown reasons) but I am not spending a single penny more on any of your services/products unless you resolve the issues I have complained about.
Anyway. That's all.
Still not get what you tried to ask to the stadia agent. Do you need some help?
